Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Automation Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving our automation systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving issues related to control systems and instrumentation, as well as implementing process automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Vision System Implementation - Integrate vision systems for precision monitoring, troubleshooting, and automation refinement.
IO & Electrical System Integration - Read schematics, set up input/output configurations, and ensure seamless automation operation.
Automation Cell Development - Build and optimize automated workflows from scratch, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Troubleshooting & Maintenance - Diagnose and repair automation failures, conduct preventative maintenance, and optimize system performance.
Collaboration & Process Improvement - Work with engineers, production teams, and leadership to enhance automation efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

Hands-on work with ABB, Fanuc, Epson robots and programming.
Ability to read schematics and configure systems.
Familiarity with robot languages and troubleshooting.
Experience integrating vision systems for automation.
Strong troubleshooting and preventative maintenance skills.
Experience in manufacturing, molding, or industrial automation preferred.
Ability to collaborate with engineering and production teams.

Schedule: 8 AM - 4 PM, 35-40 hour week
