Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Controls Engineer to join our team, responsible for designing, developing, and implementing control systems for our equipment and machinery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and experience with PLC programming, ensuring efficient and reliable operation of our automated systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop control systems for industrial equipment and machinery.
Program and troubleshoot PLCs to ensure optimal performance of automation systems.
Collaborate with mechanical engineers to integrate control systems with mechanical components.
Create and maintain electrical schematics and documentation for control systems.
Implement and optimize HMI interfaces for user interaction with machinery.
Conduct testing and validation of control systems to ensure compliance with specifications.
Provide technical support and training to maintenance staff on control systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in control system design and PLC programming.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components.
Familiarity with mechanical systems and their integration with controls.
Experience with HMI design and implementation.
Proficiency in CAD software, preferably SolidWorks or Draftsight.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
