Established (15+ Years) Full-Service Real Estate Company Seeking Director of Leasing Operations in NYC
An established real estate investment and management company based in NYC, with over 15 years in business, is seeking a Director of Leasing Operations with 7+ years of experience to lead its rental brokerage division. This in-office leadership role requires extensive experience in residential leasing operations and team management within the New York City market.
Offer:
Salary: $150,000 - $180,000, contingent on experience
Bonus: Up to 10% based on performance
Benefits: Comprehensive package including health, dental, and vision insurance

Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in residential leasing operations, preferably apartment buildings within NYC
Proven leadership skills with experience managing leasing teams
Strong knowledge of NYC rental laws and regulations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in leasing software and CRM systems
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field; advanced degree preferred
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals
Lead and mentor the leasing team, setting performance standards and providing ongoing training
Monitor market trends to adjust pricing and marketing strategies accordingly
Streamline leasing procedures to enhance efficiency and tenant experience
Ensure all leasing activities comply with local laws and company policies
Provide regular reports on leasing metrics and performance to senior management
