Position Overview
The Director of Sales for Upstream Oil High-Pressure Pump Equipment will lead the sales strategy and execution for our high-pressure pump solutions in the upstream oil and gas sector. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring our products meet market demands while adhering to industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the upstream oil and gas market.
Manage and cultivate relationships with key clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends in high-pressure pump equipment.
Oversee the development of proposals and specifications for clients to ensure alignment with their needs and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with the project management team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of equipment and services to clients.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in all sales activities and proposals.
Provide leadership and direction to the sales team, including training and performance management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales within the upstream oil and gas industry, with a focus on high-pressure pump equipment.
Proven track record in client relationship management and developing long-term partnerships.
Strong understanding of market analysis and equipment specification relevant to the oil and gas sector.
Experience in proposal development and project management in a technical sales environment.
Demonstrated ability to create and execute effective sales strategies and drive results.
In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to oil and gas equipment.
