We are a well-established law firm with a strong commitment to client advocacy, is seeking a skilled Employment Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team in Santa Ana, Orange County. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both remotely and in-office.
Manage all aspects of employment litigation cases from inception through resolution
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
Take and defend depositions, attend mediations, and represent clients in court hearings and trials
Advise clients on employment law matters including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage & hour disputes
Work closely with clients, opposing counsel, and firm partners to develop and implement effective litigation strategies
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
Minimum of 5 years of employment litigation experience
Strong knowledge of California labor and employment laws
Excellent legal writing, communication, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
