Maintenance Technician

Position Overview
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks on various equipment and systems to ensure operational efficiency and safety within the facility. This role requires a combination of electrical and mechanical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine maintenance checks and inspections on equipment and systems.
  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues and perform repairs as needed.
  • Install new equipment and systems as required by the organization.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed and parts used.
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve maintenance processes and practices.
  • Monitor and maintain pneumatic and hydraulic systems to ensure proper function.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair various equipment and systems.
  • Familiarity with pneumatic and hydraulic systems is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
