Project Manager - Corporate Interiors

Position Overview
The Project Manager - Corporate Interiors will lead and oversee the design and execution of corporate interior projects, ensuring they align with client needs and industry standards. This role requires a blend of creative vision, technical expertise, and strong leadership skills to guide teams through all phases of project development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet project goals.
Utilize Revit and AutoCAD to create and modify project design documents and ensure accuracy.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction.
Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Ensure compliance with AIA and NCARB standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the corporate interiors sector.
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD software.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
AIA and NCARB certifications are highly preferred.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
