Industrial Facility Project Manager

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of project activities in industrial construction.
• Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
• Manage project budgets and ensure financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular project meetings with teams and stakeholders to communicate progress and address issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards during all project phases.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in industrial construction.
• Proven experience in managing industrial facilities and spec building projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
