Position Overview

This role involves representing clients in real estate transactions and disputes, requiring expertise in Florida real estate law. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience and a strong track record in handling complex real estate matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on various real estate matters including transactions, acquisitions, and development projects.
  • Represent clients in real estate disputes and negotiations.
  • Draft and review legal documents related to real estate transactions.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals to ensure comprehensive legal services.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Florida real estate law (Also open to Partner and Practice Group level)
  • Strong understanding of Florida real estate laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
