Senior Mobile Engineer - React Native
Location: Hybrid (3 days/week onsite in West LA)
Compensation: $140K-$220K + Equity

We're based in West LA and operate as an in-office-first team. We're looking for someone comfortable working onsite a few days each week.
As a Senior Mobile Engineer, you'll take the lead on building and scaling our React Native app, delivering a seamless and engaging mobile experience. You'll collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to shape impactful features that drive user engagement and retention.
Lead the development of a high-quality mobile app using React Native
Collaborate with Product, UX/UI, and Backend teams to bring features to life
Design scalable architecture and complex, performant UIs
Optimize performance across devices and screen sizes
Integrate push notifications, cloud messaging, and third-party services
Implement automated testing and CI/CD best practices
Proven experience leading mobile app projects
Deep expertise in React Native, TypeScript, and JavaScript
Experience with push notifications, cloud messaging, and mobile eCommerce
Familiarity with testing frameworks and CI/CD workflows
Self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
Launching a fast, intuitive mobile app that users love
Driving feature development and cross-team collaboration
Rapidly iterating to enhance functionality and boost adoption
Base salary: $140K-$220K + meaningful equity
