We provide legal services to clients within the medical device, pharmaceutical and nutritional supplement sectors. Our clientele includes companies that market and manufacture pharmaceuticals, medical devices, biologics, nutritional supplements and foods. Clients range in size from Global Fortune 500 companies to small start-ups.
We are looking for an Associate Attorney to join our team!
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in administrative law, experience in legal advocacy (trial or appellate experience preferred), and a passion for working with medical device clients. As a key member of our legal team, you will be involved in advising clients on a variety of legal and regulatory matters, including regulatory compliance, regulatory submissions and advocacy with the FDA.
Key Responsibilities:
-Represent clients in administrative proceedings and regulatory matters
-Provide strategic legal counsel to medical device companies
-Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, and advocacy materials
-Conduct legal research and analysis on complex regulatory issues
-Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients on case strategy and compliance initiatives
Qualifications:
-Juris Doctor and licensed in Minnesota
-2+ years of experience in legal practice, preferably in medical device, pharmaceutical, or FDA
-Demonstrated experience in legal advocacy (e.g., litigation, regulatory hearings, or administrative proceedings)
-Strong interest in healthcare, life sciences, or medical device industries
-Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills
